How It Works

A back-to-back closing involves two separate transactions on the same day, with the same title company.

Transaction #1: Between the Current Owner and the Investor (You). This is the “A to B”.
Transaction #2: Between the Investor (You) and the End Buyer. This is the “B to C”. will finance your entire “A to B” transaction including closing costs. The End Buyer will finance the “B to C” transaction. You come to closing with no cash and leave with a check from the proceeds of the two transacations, minus our fees.

If the End Buyer is obtaining financing, make sure their lender does not have seasoning requirements. Small local banks will be your best source if your End Buyers need financing as they rarely have seasoning requirements.
